STORY TELLING SESSION

According to ALBERT EINSTEIN if you want your children to be smart, tell them stories. If you want them to be brilliant, tell them more stories . Human beings have long been fascinated by story. Story is the basis for so many entertaining pastimes in our culture, books, poetry, dance, art, writing, movies. Oral storytelling itself is a great way to improve childrens oral fluency and help them understand concepts that underpin literacy and literature. Concepts like sequencing, story structure, and the features inherent in different genres are all brought out during regular storytelling sessions. Children have an innate love for stories. From babyhood to the early teens, children love to hear a good story.

Storytelling is the oldest form of teaching. It bonded the early human communities, giving children the answers to the biggest questions of creation, life, and the afterlife. Stories define us, shape us, control us, and make us. Not every human culture in the world is literate, but every single culture tells stories. Stories create magic and a sense of wonder at the world

They have the power to create magic and a sense of adventure in the classroom. Stories are a great way to teach children about life. At MPIS, storytelling is a unique way for children to develop an understanding about the world around them. It creates interest among them as the character comes to life in front of them and captures their attention & imagination. Children learn about topics like good social habits, traffic rules and sharing through stories. They also develop language and imaginary and listen to stories.

CREATIVITY ITSELF DOESNT CARE AT ALL ABOUT RESULTS - THE ONLY THING IT CRAVES IS THE PROCESS. LEARN TO LOVE THE PROCESS AND LET WHATEVER HAPPENS NEXT HAPPEN,WITHOUT FUSSING TOO MUCH ABOUT IT
